We strive to maintain continuous access to our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Support is provided 24/7 as per the contract or agreement, governed by our Support Policy.

All communications, data, reports, and access during our engagement are confidential. Both parties agree to:

• Not disclose confidential information to any third party without consent
• Abide by NDA terms if formally signed

Violation of this section may result in legal consequences.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, accurate, or error-free, or that vulnerabilities or cybersecurity gaps will be eliminated.

We are not liable for any damage arising from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access or cyberattacks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the past 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Security Professionals Group and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, you must cease using our Services and delete any data or materials obtained.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Perth, Western Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify users through email or website notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
